contacted the seller, to be fair response time was good and they had a 2nd solution however that didn't work either

Order was fulfilled very and goods arrived with a few days and product key could be applied immediately.
Dealing with Microsoft for program install was a totally different matter - I had to jump through many hoops to use their software to oversee the installation was a nightmare. Why do things have to be so complicated? MS365 which I don’t like and don’t want - that’s why I wanted to install legacy programs
I had troubles setting up (due to microsoft procedures). Helpfully resolved by advice and action from Onefile
I had a problem with my OS on my Desktop.
INONE FILE sent me an excellent CD a Windows 11 Recovery Disk. WOW as soon as it had boot up and done its magic. My Desktop was back in full working condition..
