The DVD work well, after a couple of attempts, on my Huawei D15 laptop. However I am having trouble with my password, which the computer won't recognise, which has nothing to do with the DVD. I would recommend it to anyone

Restord my laptop, brought it back to life although with a completely different desktop. Not the one that I was expecting. Still some what slow.

I have used this site before and found it easy (and cheap) to get my software. This time with Office 2001 It took less than 1/2 an hour to download ad install the s/w. The access code was attached to receipt so could not be lost. The only slight criticism is, that for those not familiar with image files, the installation instructions could be a bit more detailed.
