Received email and disk with program in reasonnable time. However the installation stuck in some arabic language , unable to swich to english.I have tried installing the program with the disk provided as well as the internet link without any success. Over the course of 1 week I have send 3 messages requesting help with no reply whatsoever

Purchased 2021 version and using now hoping that saved files for Publisher will works when 365 version is retitred in October 2026 so using this version now and storing ready to hopefully be able to access later in this year
