I have now send you at least 3 messages requesting contact to help install the software i purchase from you.
So far no reply whatsoever and I still am not able to install the software either form the email received from you or the disk received from you.

Purchased 2021 version and using now hoping that saved files for Publisher will works when 365 version is retitred in October 2026 so using this version now and storing ready to hopefully be able to access later in this year

The hard drive I purchased is excellent it starts up really quickly it's nice and quiet really really happy and the service I have received 1st class thank you quick postage and well wrapped would definitely use again
