1. Definitions

  • "Digital Products" – software licenses, product keys, activation codes, download links, and electronically delivered goods.
  • "Physical Products" – tangible items such as DVDs, USB drives, SSDs, hardware and installation media.
  • "Consumer" – an individual purchasing outside their trade or business.
  • "Business Customer" – any customer purchasing for commercial use.
  • "Contract" – the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your order.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • You confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure.

3. Products and Descriptions

3.1 Digital Products

  • Includes software activation keys, license codes, download links and digital content.
  • We strive for accuracy in descriptions, but minor variations or software version updates may occur.
  • You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchasing.
  • All software is subject to the publisher’s End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

3.2 Physical Products

  • Includes installation media, storage devices and hardware items.
  • Product images are for illustration only and may vary.
  • Any included software is governed by the relevant EULA.

4. Ordering Process

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products.
  • An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
  • A Contract is formed when:
    • Digital Products are delivered electronically, and/or
    • Physical Products are dispatched.
  • We may decline an order due to stock levels, risk or security checks, or pricing errors.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may be updated at any time, but accepted orders remain unaffected.
  • Payment must be completed using an approved payment method at checkout.

6. Delivery

6.1 Digital Product Delivery

  • Delivered by email and/or secure download link.
  • Usually immediate, but may be delayed by verification checks.
  • You must ensure your email address is correct and able to receive digital deliveries.

6.2 Physical Product Delivery

  • Shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed unless stated.
  • Risk transfers on delivery; ownership transfers once full payment is received.

7. Software Licensing

  • Purchasing a software license or product key grants you usage rights under the publisher’s EULA.
  • You must not:
    • share, resell, or distribute license keys;
    • attempt to bypass activation systems;
    • use software in violation of licensing terms.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

8.1 Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

8.2 Digital Products

  • By purchasing digital content, you agree that:
    • delivery begins immediately, and
    • you lose your statutory cancellation rights once the product key or download link is delivered.
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or redeemed.
  • 30-Day Activation Warranty: If a product key fails within 30 days, a replacement will be provided after verification.
  • Refunds for Digital Products are only issued when:
    • a replacement cannot be provided, or
    • required under consumer protection law.
  • Incorrect purchases due to incompatibility do not qualify for refunds.

8.3 Physical Products

  • Consumers may cancel within the statutory cooling-off period unless exceptions apply.
  • Returned items must be complete and in reasonable condition.
  • Deductions may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection.
  • Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with legal rights.

8.4 Business Customers

  • Purchases are final unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds for business orders are at our discretion unless required by law.

9. Warranty and Technical Support

  • Digital Products are provided “as is” subject to the software publisher’s warranty.
  • Microsoft Product Key Warranty: 30-day activation warranty; replacement provided after verification.
  • Warranty excludes:
    • misuse or sharing of keys;
    • activation beyond permitted devices;
    • unsupported or incompatible systems;
    • system damage, malware, or hardware failure.
  • Physical Products may include manufacturer warranties.
  • We provide basic support for activation but not full IT support unless separately contracted.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not exclude liability for:
    • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
    • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    • anything that cannot legally be excluded.
  • We are not liable for:
    • loss of profits, business, or revenue;
    • loss of data or software configurations;
    • indirect or consequential losses.
  • For Consumers, liability is capped at the amount paid for the product.
  • For Business Customers, liability is limited to the value of the relevant Contract.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
  • All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

12. Prohibited Uses

  • You must not use the Website or products for unlawful activities.
  • You must not distribute unlicensed or pirated software.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
