📦 30 Days Warranty on all Physical Products (DVD / USB / SSD)

🔧 “No Fix – No Fee”

All physical products purchased from INONEFILE LTD are covered by our simple promise: if the item does not meet your needs or you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to a refund within the applicable return period.

📅 30-Day Refund Period

Physical products are covered by a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we aim to make it right with a hassle-free refund, subject to the conditions below.

📝 Conditions for Returning Physical Items

• 📦 Items should be returned with all included components (where applicable).
• 💽 SSDs/USB drives must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
• 💳 Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

🔄 How to Return a Physical Product

1. 👉 Go to our Returns Page.
2. 👤 Log in to your account and select the relevant order.
3. 📨 Click Request Return and provide the requested details.
4. 📧 You’ll receive an email with return instructions (and a label if applicable).
5. 📦 Pack your item securely and attach any provided label.
6. 🏤 Drop the parcel off at the specified drop-off point or post office.

💳 Once the item is received and approved, we aim to process your refund promptly. Payment providers and banks typically take 2–3 business days to release the funds back to your account (timeframes may vary).

💻 30 Days Warranty on all Downloads & Product Keys

🛡️ 30-Day Activation Warranty

All digital downloads and product keys purchased from INONEFILE LTD include a 30-day activation warranty. If your key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will provide a free replacement key

🚫 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, all digital products are:

• ❌ Non-refundable once delivered.
• ❌ Non-returnable once displayed or emailed.
• 🔐 Keys are generated and issued individually per order and become non-retractable once exposed.

📘 Digital Content – UK/EU Consumer Rights

By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the product key or download link has been delivered.

❗ Orders for digital products may only be cancelled before the product key or download link has been issued. After delivery, the order is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.

📩 Didn’t Receive Your Key?

If you have not received your key due to email issues (spam filters, email errors, etc.), please contact us and we will resend your key after verifying your order details.
