Request Return for DVD/USB/SSD
1. Click the “Start My Return” button below.
2. Log in to your account, select the relevant order and click “Request Return”.
3. Complete the return form and wait for an email containing your prepaid returns label.
4. Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel.
5. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point.

Hassle-Free Returns – No Fix, No Fee!

We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with your DVD, USB or SSD purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Whether the software did not meet your expectations or you have simply changed your mind, eligible returns will receive a full refund.

Downloads and Licence Keys

We provide a 30-day warranty on all licence keys. If there is a problem with your licence, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving it.

Once a download code or product key has been issued, it cannot be refunded. However, our support team will assist with eligible exchanges, replacement licence keys or new download links where necessary.
