Downloads and Product Keys
Downloads and product keys are non-refundable but include our 30-day activation warranty.
If a product key is invalid when supplied or cannot be activated or redeemed in accordance with the applicable product requirements, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Where appropriate, we may provide technical assistance, a replacement product key, a replacement download link or another available remedy.
Digital Product Cancellation Rights
Where you request immediate delivery of digital content and provide any consent and acknowledgement required under applicable consumer law, your statutory right to cancel may be affected once delivery has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a digital product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an available remedy may include technical assistance, repair, replacement, price reduction, partial refund, full refund or another appropriate remedy.
