All physical products purchased from INONEFILE LTD are covered by our simple promise: if the item does not meet your needs or you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to a refund within the applicable return period.

Physical products are covered by a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If youā€™re not happy for any reason, we aim to make it right with a hassle-free refund, subject to the conditions below.

  • šŸ“¦ Items should be returned with all included components (where applicable).
  • šŸ’½ SSDs / USB drives must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • šŸ’³ Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

šŸ’» 30 Days Warranty on all Downloads & Product Keys

All digital downloads and product keys purchased from INONEFILE LTD include a 30-day activation warranty. If a key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will provide a free replacement key.

šŸš« Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods:

  • āŒ Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
  • āŒ Digital products are non-returnable once displayed or emailed.
  • šŸ” Keys are issued individually per order and become non-retractable once exposed.

šŸ“˜ Digital Content ā€“ UK / EU Consumer Rights

By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the product key or download link has been delivered.

ā— Digital orders may only be cancelled before the key or download link is issued. Once delivered, the order is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.

If you have not received your key due to email issues (spam filters, delivery errors, etc.), please contact us and we will resend your key after verifying your order.
