Q: “What do I do if the disc does not work or I can not get it started?”

In order to run the disc please try the following steps below:
1. Insert the USB/DVD, and then reboot.
2. Watch the on-screen text carefully during boot time, and press the correct key when you see 'Select Boot Device', 'Change Boot Order', or another similar instruction. The key will likely be Esc, F10, or F12 (F8). If you miss it, you have only a second or two to act--reboot the machine and try again. Don't worry about mashing on the key.
Once you're in the menu, choose your optical drive by using the arrow keys, and press Enter.
Keep waiting. You will soon see a message that reads 'Press Enter to boot from CD' (or something similar). If you don't press the right button at this point, the system will proceed with booting normally from the hard drive.
This above start up info should help, otherwise do let us know at help@softwarerepairworld.com and we can advise further

Q: “Where to find my product key?”

If you are doing a new installation you must have your own key, this key is usually located at the back of the computer on the green COA sticker, could also be under the battery (laptops only) or could have been provided separately by the seller of your computer. Also if you bought your computer from a high street retailer with windows 10 or 8 already installed, then our disc will detect they key autoamtically, but we do recommend to find your key anyway because the section where the key is stored can be damaged as well.

Q: “What do I do if I cannot activate my product?”

Please can you check that the product key and the windows version which you installed is the same, for example if its home premium version then your product key should be for home premium version, the second scenario is that your key was activated to many times, this is very easy to fix, all you need to do on the activation screen where the windows did not except your key click activate by phone and choose UK free number and follow on screen instructions, this process will activate your windows and updates will work but windows 7 is already stopping to support windows 7 so you will not get all updates only what Microsoft will allow, for further help contact us at help@softwarerepairworld.com

Q: “Where do I find my windows activation code?”

Q: “I have the Windows Product Key, but the installation does not accept it, what do I do in this situation?”

It seems like you have a slightly different version of Windows XP Home (it could be not retail, for example it could be EU or OEM) to find this out please could you let us know what does it say just above the key (for example: Windows XP Home OEM -------?), once we have this information we will send you a correct version for your product key, also please except our apologies for such delay this case does happen on very rear occasions.
